FUS45-0045B Overview
Bridge rectifier has 5 pins.Basically, it is a i4-Pac™-5 package-type electronic component.Monitoring the reverse leakage current and not allowing it to exceed5mA is necessary.There is no mounting method for the device.At -55°C~150°C TJ, it operates normally.In terms of output voltage, 20 A is the maximum voltage that can be supported.Monitor surge current and prevent it from exceeding 150A.For powering this device, there is a peak reverse voltage of 5mA.
