When the forward voltage is set to 2(V), this device will operate.Array is capable of supporting a maximum output voltage of 3A.When the forward voltage is set to 3000(mA), this device will operate.Devices like this one are powered with a reverse voltage peak of 500(uA).When the forward current instantaneously switches directions due to residual stored charge, its maximal reverse recovery time is 0.07 µs.
