FIN24ACGFX Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case in which the product is delivered.The product is packaged in a 42-VFBGA case.A mounting type of Surface Mount is recommended for this product.Serializer/Deserializer is possible to change the operating temperature range of -30°C~70°C TA using the device.There is a 1.65V~3.6V volt supply output on the chip.In order for the user to enter input, there is a LVCMOS form available.Inputs 22/1 have to be operated.There is an option for the device to maintain 1/22 outputs.A part's related parts can be found based on its FIN24AC family.Serializer/Deserializer has 42 pins that can be accessed.By mounting the device with Surface Mount, it can be used.Chips require a 3.3V-volt operating supply.This electrical component is included in the µSerDes™ series of products.A 1 element is contained in it.As part of the design, 22 drivers are embedded on the board.
