FAN2365MPX Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 34 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 34-PowerTFQFN package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 200kHz~1MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. In the particular voltage regulators, the FAN2365 family is represented. A voltage of 5.5V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. There are 34 pins used for switching regulator operation. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 600mV volts. A 15A A maximum output current is required to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. By using the 5.5V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily. With a maximum output voltage of 5.5V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency. In the TinyBuck® family, this part palys an important role in DC DC switching regulator's traget applications. With 24V as the supply voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator will operate.
