EP20K100FI196-3 Overview
LOADABLE PLD is the component of this type of FPGA. 252 I/Os are available for transferring data more efficiently. A fundamental building block consists of 4160 logic elements/cells. It is powered from a supply voltage of 2.5V. A supply voltage of 2.375V~2.625V is needed in order for fpga chips to operate. As part of the APEX-20K® series of FPGAs, it is a type of FPGA. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of -40°C~100°C TJ. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tray. Total terminations are 196. There are 53248 RAM bits that are available with this device. 416 LABs and CLBs are built into this FPGA. There are 263000 gates that make up its basic building block. There are 4 dedicated inputs that can be used to detect the status of the input signals in the system.
