EP20K100FC196-1X Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 196-BGA package and X package. Logic blocks consist of 4160 logic elements/cells. The APEX-20K® series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the APEX-20K® family of FPGAs. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within 0°C~85°C TJ range.
