ECS78RSA103 Overview
To ensure proper functionality of angle position measurement sensors, the minimum operating temperature can be set to -55°C. Sensors for angle position measurement cannot operate above 125°C. Sensors for linear position measuring can oppose the passage of currents that are 10kOhm. In the linear position measuring sensor, pins 4 are present.
