EAPDSZ4439A1 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 32V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 32V continuously in reverse-bias mode. A photodiode occurs even at 5nA current without light input.
