DSEI2X61-06C Overview
The forward voltage should be monitored and should never exceed 500 µA.Devices that have a forward voltage of 1.8V will operate.The maximum output voltage is 60 A.Keeping the surge current under 450A and preventing it from exceeding it should be the rule.Devices that have a forward voltage of 120A will operate.The reverse voltage peak of this device is 200μA.The maximal reverse recovery time for the forward current is 0.035 µs when it switches directions instantaneously due to residual stored charge.As a derivative of its primary action, this electronic or electrical device generates 180W of heat.
