In the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 2 circuits are implemented. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel.
