DS620U+T&R Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) package protects these analog sensors. To protect the devices from damage, the analog sensors are packaged in 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad packages. There are 8 pins on this sensor for proper operation. It is possible for the analog sensors to provide a current of 900μA when they are working. Ideally, this sensor should provide a voltage of 3.5V in a DC circuit. Nevertheless, this magnetic switch can supply a DC circuit with a voltage as low as 1.7V. When it operates, analog sensors can provide 3.5V voltage. An analog sensor can operate at a maximum temperature of 125°C. In order for this sensor to work, it must be operated at a temperature of -55°C or higher.
