DS18S20Z+ Description
DS18S20Z+ developed by Maxim Integrated is a member of digital thermometers providing 9-bit Celsius temperature measurements. It delivers an alarm function featuring nonvolatile user-programmable upper and lower trigger points. The need for an external power supply can be eliminated because the DS18S20Z+ digital thermometer is able to derive power directly from the data line (“parasite power”). A wide range of applications benefits from these characteristics, including industrial systems, HVAC environmental controls, thermally sensitive systems, and more.
