DS18B20-SL+T&R Overview
In order to ensure safety, these analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is recommended that analog sensors be packaged in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) packages to prevent damage to the devices. To ensure proper operation, this sensor has 3 pins. During operation, the analog sensors may supply 1.5mA current. When the analog sensors are operating, they could supply a voltage of 5.5V. A maximum operating temperature of 125°C can be set for analog sensors. Nevertheless, the operating temperature should not fall below -55°C for this sensor to function properly .
