In order to supply this electrical device, a reverse leakage current of 7.5 µA @ 1 V is required.This value (Tol) represents the maximum voltage that can be supplied.Zener (Nom) voltage is reduced to 1.8 V during operation.This device should be operated with 0.05 mA as the working test voltage.900 mV @ 10 mA is achieved when the maximum voltage - Forward (Vf) is applied for its operation.Reverse test voltages of 1 V are recommended for maximum functionality.
