Space is saved using RF transceiver IC's 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The RF transceiver's mounting is mounted using Surface Mount.When transceiver RF emerges as a TxRx + MCU, it performs extremely well and is highly reliable.High reliability is achieved with advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).As you can see, this RF transceiver comes from the well-known PRoC® series of products.The frequency of 2.4GHz is used as the basis for RF transceivers operation.
