CSR1013A05-IUUM-R Overview
The board's 34-XFBGA, WLCSP package saves space. RF transceiver's mounting is done by using Surface Mount.It is highly reliable and high-performing when it emerges as a TxRx + MCU.In order to provide high reliability, advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR) is used.A RF transceiver from the well-known µEnergy® series of products is being offered here.RF transceiver operates at 2.4GHz frequency.
