CS42L42-CWZR Overview
A 49-UFBGA, WLCSP package is supplied for space savings. It is adopted to package in the manner of Tape & Reel (TR). This electronic component is of the type Audio, allowing it to provide high-efficiency performance in various applications. This device employs the mounting type Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -40°C~85°C TA, the system can operate normally. The unit is integrated with 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. 1.2V 1.8V of supply voltage are applied to the analog circuit. A 1.2V 1.8V supply voltage is applied to the digital circuit. The transmission line is terminated with 49 terminations to prevent reflection of signals. A voltage of 1.2V is required to operate the device.
