There is no RMS current (Irms) for the current, since RMS currents do not take into account direction.The RMS on-state current must be kept below 50 A in order for the device to function normally.A device's repetitive peak off-state voltage is the maximum peak voltage allowed across the device, and this device's repetitive peak off-state voltage is 800 V.There is no maximum repetitive reverse voltage for this device, as it has no maximum repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm).Electrical, electromagnetic, and electronic devices have holding currents (hypostatic), which are the minimum currents required to maintain their 'ON' states.Devices with DC gate trigger current-Max of 50 mA are switched between blocked (Off) and unblocked states by gate trigger current.
