CMLB136T-101MS Description
The CoolMOSTM 7th generation platform, developed by Infineon Technologies, is a ground-breaking superjunction (SJ)-based technology for high voltage power MOSFETs. The CoolMOS TM P6 series was replaced by the 600V CoolMOs TiM P7 series. It
combines the benefits of a fast switching SJ MOSFET with excellent ease of use, e.g. very low ringing tendency, outstanding robustness of body diode against hard commutation and excellent ESD capability. Furthermore, switching applications are even more effective, more compact, and much cooler thanks to extremely low switching and conduction losses.
