CL05A105JQ5NNNC is a multilayer ceramic capacitor. An MLCC can be thought of as consisting of many single-layer capacitors stacked together into a single package. The starting material for all MLCC chips is a mixture of finely ground granules of paraelectric or ferroelectric raw materials, modified by accurately determined additives. The mixture's composition and the powder particles' size, as small as 10 nm, reflect the manufacturer's expertise.
