There is greater flexibility with the DFN package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 10 pins available.As its interface IC, HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 85°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.
