CHL8213-00CRT Description


CHL8213-00CRT developed by Infineon Technologies is a member of single-loop digital multi-phase buck controllers that are used for GPU voltage regulation. Based on its IR Efficiency Shaping Technology, exceptional efficiency at minimum cost across the entire load range can be delivered. The IR efficiency shaping features include IR Variable Gate Drive which optimizes the MOSFET gate drive voltage as a function of real-time load current and IR Dynamic Phase Control which adds/drops active phases based on load current.
