In order to supply this electrical device, a reverse leakage current of 10 nA @ 16.7 V is required.Zener (Nom) voltage is reduced to 22 V during operation.As it has a zener current of 10.8 mA, it has a tremendous amount of design flexibility.1.1 V @ 200 mA is achieved when the maximum voltage - Forward (Vf) is applied for its operation.
