It is necessary to supply this electrical device with a reverse leakage current of 500nA @ 6.7V.A voltage of 5% indicates the maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied.Reverse leakage current reaches a maximum of 1μA.This device can only be operated when the working test voltage is set to 0.25mA.For the device to operate, the maximum forward voltage (Vf) 1.1V @ 200mA must be supplied.
