oltage regulator is packaged in such a way that TO-252-3, DPak (2 Leads + Tab), SC-63 would understand.There is a Surface Mount mounted on this current regulator.As a rule of thumb, the operating temperature should not exceed -55°C ~ 150°C (TJ).Current regulator is possible to use a voltage input of 13.5V for the input.Taking into account the output current of 460mA, it is able to provide maximum design flexibility for the designer.An example of this type of FPGA is the - series.
