CD5240 Overview
To supply this electrical device, reverse leakage current of 3 μA @ 8 V is required.Zener single diode is important to note that during operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 10 V.When the maximum voltage - Forward (Vf) is supplied for its operation, it reaches 1.5 V @ 200 mA.
