CD40105BF3A Overview
FIFO memory chip is contained in the 16-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.This FIFO memory chip is packaged as a Rail/Tube .Apps and data can be stored in the 64 (16 x 4) memory of the FIFO chip.The temperature should be kept at -55°C ~ 125°C to ensure reliable operation.A mounting type of Through Hole is associated with the FIFO memory.This FIFO products operates at 3 V ~ 18 V volts.The 4000B series comprises this memory logic.This FIFO products can operate at a maximum operating supply current of 100µA .The recommended mounting way is Through Hole .Operation pins are 16 .For reliability, FIFO works at a minimum temperature of -55 °C degrees Celsius.An operating temperature of 125 °C °C is necessary for stable operation.There is a self-contained gadget within FIFOs .It has a OTHER FIFO memory type IC.There is a possibility that FIFO can operate at very low supply voltages, such as 3 V V.An input voltage of 18 V V is the maximum that FIFO memory can handle.The FIFO memory IC is equipped with a total of 16 pins.It is normal for a component to be equipped with 5/15 V power supplies.A FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage of 18 V is set for Vsup.As a general rule, keep the supply voltage (Vsup) above 3 V in order to ensure normal operation.
