The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package saves space on the board. The RF transceiver's mounting method adopted is Surface Mount.Initially, it emerges as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency and a high degree of reliability.In order to provide high reliability, advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR) is used.There are 48 pins on this transceiver RF circuit board.Try searching with CC2480 to find transceiver variants.The mount is attached to Surface Mount.This system operates at 2.4GHz frequency.
