CAT6500HVA-T2 Overview
A 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad case is included with it. As a result, it is suitable for packing the part in the Tape & Reel (TR) case. I would like to point out that the part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There is a voltage of 1.6V~7.7V applied to it. It is essential that the minimal operating temperature of this component is not -40°C~85°C. There is a perfect fit between it and the component connected in Handheld/Mobile Devices. Source Selector Switch is the category for the device. Among all the types of FETs, there is a type which is known as N-Channel, which can be recognized by its graphical representation. Among the options available for the part are 32 terminations. In this case, 32 pins have been used to design it. CAT6500 is the base of this part. To deliver its performance, it's powered by the 3.9V platform. This part contains 32 pins that are located on the surface. For this part, Vsup cannot be less than 1.6V. In order to reach the maximum supply voltage, Vsup should reach 5.5V as quickly as possible. For the operation of this device, an electric current of 85μA is used as the supply current. A supply current (Isup) should be conducted under the condition 0.12mA. There is a capability of delivering voltage at 3.9V when the transformer is in operation. 4 outputs are available in the system. As a rule of thumb, the best result is achieved when the part is mounted by the Surface Mount axis. In terms of output current, the part can be delivered under 3.3A output current. In this case, 0A is a value that represents the maximum output current that can be delivered to the component.
