This device supports on-state current maximally powered by 500000A.It is important for a normal operation of the device that the RMS on-state current be maintained under 392.5A.Repetitive peak off-state voltage is the maximum peak voltage allowed across the device, and the repetitive peak off-state voltage of this device is 600V. Leakage current can be an indicator of the effectiveness of insulation on conductors,and its maximal leakage current can be 20mA.Gate trigger current is the gate current required to switch the device from the blocked (Off) state to the unblocked (On) state,and this device has a DC gate trigger current-Max of 300mA.
