BTS500601EGAAUMA1 Overview
The LED driver's packaged as a Tape & Reel (TR).The 12-BSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) Exposed Pad package contains it.Surface Mount is the mounting type of the LED driver.The switch type is General Purpose.To ensure reliable operation, the temperature should be set to -40°C~150°C TJ.There is a default setting of 1 for output.To operate, it needs a supply voltage of Not Required.The maximum output voltage is N-Channel volts.Auto Restart features are available on the lighting driver.This object belongs to the BTS50060 family.For operation, 12 pins are used.The maximum output current drops to 15A in order to meet the operation criteria.The lighting driver is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.This electrical component is included in the PROFET® series.It is set to 15A in this case.
