BR62 Overview
Powered by a forward voltage of 6A, this device operates on a forward voltage of 6A.Basically, it is a 4-Square, BR-6 package-type electronic component.Monitoring the reverse leakage current and not allowing it to exceed10μA is necessary.There is no mounting method for the device.At -65°C~125°C TJ, it operates normally.In terms of output voltage, 6A is the maximum voltage that can be supported.Monitor surge current and prevent it from exceeding 125A.For powering this device, there is a peak reverse voltage of 10A.
