BR31 Overview
This device operates from a forward voltage of 3A.Basically, rectifier is a type of electronic component that is available in a 4-Square, BR-3 package.There should be a monrectifieroring of the reverse leakage current and rectifier should not be allowed to exceed 10μA.The mounting method of the device is Through Hole.Operating at the temperature of -65°C~125°C TJ ensures its normal operation.Surge current should be monitored and not be allowed to exceed 50A.There is a peak reverse voltage of 10A which is used to power this device.
