This RF amplifier has a very low cost and is capable of NARROW BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave devices of any type.Galileo, GLONASS, GPS RF Amplifier type.High reliability is achieved by using advanced RF Amp' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).Since the RF power Amplifier is packed in 6-XFDFN, shipping overseas is convenient.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.There is 1.5V~3.1V voltage limit on the Amplifiers RF.Among its additional features are the following: IEC-60134In order to operate it, 4.6mA is the supply RF Amplifiers' current.
