BCM5221KPB Overview
This LED driver IC features an enhanced FBGA package for driving common LEDs.As a Transceiver can transceiver, this part has enabled many applications to be served.This differential driver uses 2.5V~3.3V for power supply.There can be up to 1/1 eligible receivers/drivers on the field at the same time with this electronic part.IC receiver has been designed primarily for applications operating at -40°C~85°C.With a supply voltage range of 2.5V, this line driver ic operates efficiently.64 terminations are integrated into this wide receiver for driving and receiving signals from data.A 64-pin driver IC with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.Through optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies, its package size is reduced dramatically.The driver IC in this product is designed so that it can be powered by 2.53.3V.In module isolated transceiver are 1 receivers.
