AZ7500EP-G1 Overview


The switching controller fits in the 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package and is ideal for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 7V ~ 36V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C ~ 85°C (TA) dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 1kHz ~ 200kHz. The Through Hole makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
