AZ574ZTR-G1 Overview


TO-226-2, TO-92-2 (TO-226AC) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Box (TB) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above NOT SPECIFIED.For PCB designs with high demands, Through Hole is available.Working within the range of -20°C~75°C TA.It can be used with 30mA inputs.There are Through Hole applications that can be used with the reference voltage.It has a maximum output voltage of 35V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 1.5mA.31V voltage lower than 31V can be output by the voltage reference ic.It generates a fixed voltage of 31V.
