ATSAMA5D24A-CU Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient since the embedded microprocessor is packed in 256-TFBGA. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Tray is used. Cores/Bus width is 1 Core 32-Bit. Recognize operating temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA. The cpu microprocessor belongs to the SAMA5D2 series. The CPU is cored with a ARM® Cortex®-A5 processor. The CPU uses LPDDR1, LPDDR2, LPDDR3, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, QSPI RAM controllers. This microprocessor features interfaces I2C, SMC, SPI, UART, USART, QSPI. In this CPU, I/O is set to 3.3V. The microprocessor can be searched for with ATSAMA5D24 if you are looking for variants. There is 500MHz frequency set for the CPU. You can find information about the functions of 256 pins in the datasheets. The bandwidth required to transfer data is 32b. Embedded microprocessor bodies are injected with 256 pins. Many applications make use of this CPU, which has Surface Mount mounted. There is a 1.2V function for the micro processor. Suppliers offer a package of 256-TFBGA (8x8).
