ATSAMA5D22A-CU Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 196-TFBGA, CSBGA. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tray. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. SAMA5D2 is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a ARM® Cortex®-A5 processor. It has LPDDR1, LPDDR2, LPDDR3, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, QSPI RAM controllers. A I2C, SMC, SPI, UART, USART, QSPI interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. As far as I/O is concerned, this CPU runs at 3.3V. There is MICROPROCESSOR, RISC MICROPROCESSOR, RISC in the uPs, uCs, or peripheral ICs categories. To find variants of the microprocessor, try searching with ATSAMA5D22. A total of 196 terminations have been recorded. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 1.2V voltage supply. 500MHz is the frequency of the CPU. 196 pin functions are described in the datasheets. Data transfer has 32b bandwidths. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. Micro processors can be used from 1.2V. There is a 196-TFBGA (11x11) package offered by suppliers. It is designed to have RAM (Random-Access Memory) of 128kB. A voltage higher than 1.32V shouldn't be used in a normal situation. It is recommended that the lowest voltage be fed to the micro processor is 1.1V. CPU programs transfer data via 72 I/Os. Its memory size is 160kB. The 6 counters help determine how busy the CPU is.
