ATMEGA64RFR2-ZUR Overview
The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package saves space on the board. The RF transceiver's mounting method adopted is Surface Mount.Initially, it emerges as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency and a high degree of reliability.In order to provide high reliability, advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR) is used.There are 64 pins on this transceiver RF circuit board.Try searching with ATMEGA64RFR2 to find transceiver variants.The mount is attached to Surface Mount.Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1.8 V for this RF transceiver.A RF transceiver from the well-known -- series of products is being offered here.This system operates at 2.4GHz frequency.
