ATMEGA4HVD-4MX Overview


Packaged in a 18-WFDFN Exposed Pad (Staggered Leads) format, this MCU is available in a compact size. There are 5 I/Os on the Microcontroller. It is important to note that the Microcontroller has a Surface Mount mounting type. 8-Bit core is the basis for this Microcontroller. This program has a type of memory called FLASH for this MCU's program memory. Temperatures in this range are operated by this Microcontroller. The AVR® ATmega series includes this electrical component. There is 4KB 2K x 16 bytes of program memory in MCU, which corresponds to the size of the program. With a AVR Core processor, MCU is equipped with the latest technology available. This is a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC. During the manufacturing process, 18 terminations were applied to the IC chip. 8-bits are used in Microcontroller. The MCU chip's supply output is 2.2V volts. Currently, MCU chip has NO DMA channels. Alternatives can be found by looking at the base part number ATMEGA4. There are NO PWM channels on the device. This device is embedded with a AVR RISC processor family, which is a powerful and efficient CPU. The clock function of this device is based on a 4MHz-frequency.
