The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 217-LFBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tray. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. The SAM9XE series contains it. A ARM926EJ-S processor powers this CPU. SDRAM, SRAM RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has EBI/EMI, I2C, ISI, MMC/SD/SDIO, SPI, SSC, UART/USART interfaces to serve you better.
