There is a 16-LBGA, CSPBGA package on the board that is used to save space. The LED driver's design uses 2 outputs.Mounting is done according to the Surface Mount method.With high efficiency and reliable performance, it emerges as a DC DC Regulator.When the temperature is -30°C~85°C TA, it can work normally.There are significant benefits for Camera Flash.In the 4MHz frequency range, it operates.Its configuration is based on 16 pins.It is likely that undetermined failures will occur if the voltage supply is less than 2.7V.The mount is on its way to Surface Mount.An acceptable maximum value for the supply voltage is 4.4V.The voltage output by it is 2.8V~5.5V.If the maximum current supply is less than 1μA, this device provides high efficiency.In this case, the load can only be supplied with 2.5A current.
