AS3647B-ZWLT Overview
Using its 6-UFBGA, WLCSP package, it is possible to save board space. LED drivers design with 2 outputs.This mounting method is Surface Mount.The system emerges as a DC DC Regulator with high efficiency.It is capable of working normally at -30°C~85°C TA.Camera Flash has considerable advantages.A frequency of 4MHz is used to operate it.It is possible that failures will occur if the voltage supply is below 2.7V.There is no maximum value acceptable for the supply voltage, so 4.4V is acceptable.Its output voltage is 2.8V~5.5V.
