AS3645A-ZWLT Overview
In order to save board space, the led driver uses the 12-UFBGA, WLCSP package. For the design of this LED driver, 2 outputs are used.The mounting method is Surface Mount.As a DC DC Regulator, it has high efficiency and reliability.The benefits it provides to Camera Flash are considerable.In this case, the frequency is 2MHz.If the maximum supply current is less than 10μA, the device is capable of providing high efficiency.An operating temperature above 85°C should ensure stable operation.A load can be supplied with 1A current.As a condition for achieving stable operation, the operating temperature should be greater than -30°C.
