Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the RF Switches optimize the performance of the RF Switches.A RF Switch consists of 8 terminations.In order for it to operate properly, RF Switch's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C.In order to operate high power RF switch, 8 pins are required.An RF switch ic with the GSM, ISM, PCS, WCDMA RF type.RF Switchs that can supply 3V 5V volts are available.
