130-LFBGA packages are used to protect the image sensors from damage. There should be 1.7V~1.98V 3V~3.6V voltage supplied by the image sensors. To protect them from damage, we'll package them in Tape & Reel (TR). An image sensor with an optical format of 1/4 inch has been specified.
