AS-M15TAN-R Overview
For protection against damage, the magnetic switch is packaged in the Cut Tape (CT). The magnetic switches are put into TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages for safety protection. The maximum current supplied by these switches can be 12μA. The switches have 3 pins for working. There are 3 terminations in it. The maximum operating temperature for the magnetic switches can be set to 85°C. However, the operating temperature should not be less than -40°C in order for this magnetic switch to work. The magnetic switches could supply 3.5V voltage when it operates. This electronic component could supply 5.5V as the maximum voltage. These switches can supply 1.6V as the minimum voltage. Nominally, it can supply 3μA current when it works.
