AR0141IRSH00SUEA0-DR Overview
The image sensors are put into 63-LBGA packages for safety protection. We will package these image sensors in the Tray to protect them from damage. The dynamic range of the image sensor should be 79 dB. As specified, the optical format of the image sensor is 1/4 inch. The maximum voltage supplied by image sensors is 1.95V. But the minimum voltage supplied by image sensors should be 1.7V. The temperature should not exceed 70°C to ensure image sensors work. But the temperature of these electronic parts should be higher than -30°C. Image sensors can carry a maximum current of 170mA when they operate.
