63-LBGA packages are used to protect the image sensors from damage. There should be 1.8V~2.8V voltage supplied by the image sensors. To protect them from damage, we'll package them in Tape & Reel (TR). Ideally, the image sensor should have a dynamic range of 71.1 dB. An image sensor with an optical format of 1/3 inch has been specified.
